Artichoke crown with little lobster tails ¶

Ingredients:
- 12 Norway lobsters
- 12 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- crystal salt
- olive oil
- butter
- 1 leek
- flour
- garlic and parsley
Instructions:
Take the head off the Norway lobsters and peel the tails. Clean the artichokes and simmer them adding lemon and a little flour to avoid them going brown. Drain them, halve them and reheat them with a little ham until they are crunchy. Fry the lobster tails in a frying pan with a little olive oil and peeled garlic segments.
