Fried artichokes

Ingredients:

- 4 artichokes
- 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1-2 spoonfuls of wheat flour
- vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

Instructions:

Take a bowl and mix the eggs, olive oil, flour, salt and pepper.  Clean the artichokes and remove the hard outer leaves.  Divide it into eight sections and immerse them in the mixture.  When they are adequately coated in it, fry them in hot oil in a large frying pan.  After four minutes, or when they are golden, drain them, dab them with absorbent paper, season them and serve them immediately with a few drops of lemon.
