Ingredients:
- 8 artichoke hearts cut into halves
- 300 gr peas
- 300 gr broad beans
- 300 gr thistle
- Parma ham cut into cubes
- chopped garlic
- flour
Method:
Boil each vegetable separately and place them into different casseroles. Fry the garlic and the ham in a pan. When they are golden brown, divide this fried mixture in the several casseroles containing vegetables. Place the vegetables in an ordered way before the course is served.
