      The Institute of Farming and Food Quality of Navarra is a public body that is whose role is to offer different services to the Denominations or Protected Geographic Indicators such as Legal Adviser, Work Adviser, ICT, Accountancy, Administrative Tasks, Inspection tasks, Service of the secretary of the I.G.P., etc.
    • The Veal Table
      This is made up of representatives of all the implicated sectors, Cattle farmers, Distributors and Butchers. Its main roles are the internal promotion of I. G. P. (amongst cattle farmers and butchers), y the fixing of prices according to categories and classifications in order that cattle farmers and butchers that are members of the I.G.P. have an idea of the state of the market.
